An Unforgettable Evening 2022

Wilson Phillips

An Unforgettable Evening® 2022

An Unforgettable Evening® made a triumphant in-person return on Sunday, May 15, 2022 with an electrifying performance by Grammy nominated trio Wilson Phillips! The evening, hosted by Susan Disney Lord and Scott Lord, raised more than $600,000. We are grateful to all who came to enjoy, bid, and give in support of the Disney Family Fund of Alzheimer’s Los Angeles.

The event kicked off with a unique touch this year: a surprise performance by the world famous Aqualillies. The synchronized swimming team emerged in their sequined suits to a tune from The Little Mermaid, in a special nod to the Disney family, and charmed the audience with their energetic routine both in and out of the swimming pool. The live auction was an adrenaline-fueled spectacle in and of itself, with multiple bidding wars over one-of-a-kind packages ranging from a vintage Wilson Phillips cassette tape to a magical summertime retreat in an Irish castle!

There were also touching moments of poignant emotion when board members Cindy and Ben Tenn spoke to the profound effect that Alzheimer’s LA programs has on the lives of families living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia.

We thank all those who helped make this night truly unforgettable and look forward to seeing you all again next year!
